General rule

Unless there is an error on our part, we do not offer returns/exchanges as customized stoles are non-resellable.

However if your request for a return, exchange, refund or replacement is due to a mistake or damage caused by us, we will comply to your request immediately at our cost.

Basically, we are unable to comply with a request to return an order and demand a refund, simply because you do not like it anymore, or deem it to be an inaccurate representation of your customization request, when we have handwoven your order to match your digital proof as identically as possible.

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!
